AGAIN!!!

i couldn't understand how all those call centre or toll free calls works. but then it's maddening when you are trying your to call them and and they keep letting you listen to songs, then come the msg "sorry, our staffs are still busy. please wait, while we will attend to you shortly". bahh..

i was calling this maybank call centre to check something regarding kj's account. the 1st time i called i waited for about 15 mins without any response. so i hang up and i called again in 10 minutes time. this time i waited for about 20 minutes WITHOUT any response again. i was getting fed up with it. for the 3rd time, i called them again and this time gues how long i wait again? after 15 mins, i was considering hanging up but then i want to see how long more i have to wait for them to pick up. so i kept waiting and waiting and keep listening to dunno what stuid songs and those stupid msg asking me to WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. 15 mins gone by and no response. so total time waiting is already 30 minutes. i was already very very fed up with it already so i gave up. cisssss..........

what the hell are they doing? are they really so busy with calls coming in? or are they really so many calls coming in that they can't cope with? wonder what is happening to this call centre and so called "customer service".

relax sista! *lol* somehow i got this strange feeling you're still grumbling over the matter. but say what you like. i personal hate those machine voice operator. its supposed to be making your live easier & more productive instead it actually works against you.

lol, yeah i couldn't stand those call centre. and to think i wasted all those phone charges without any responses.

Dear KK

FYI that some of the answering machines may hv problem to retrieve the calls if it has been hold for too long.

Annoying me also, when I call to MAS or other banks, neither they put me on hold nor transfering me around the "world" exspecially when i'm calling back from oversea.

I know all the holding is annoying. You might try calling later in the afternoon or earlier in the morning. Off-peak hours have shorter wait periods.

sf & mark : yup, it's very annoying indeed. so now i mostly either call early in th emorning or off peak hours... :)
